Services
COS I MATTER NZ provides workshops, guidance sessions, educational materials, and digital resources. Services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not legal, medical, therapeutic, or clinical services.
Booking & payment
Payment is required prior to a session or workshop. Prices are in NZD. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellation policy
48 hours notice: refund or reschedule. Less than 48 hours: discretionary credit; emergency circumstances considered. No-shows are non-refundable.
Boundaries of service
COS I MATTER NZ may decline or discontinue services where requests fall outside scope, legal representation is requested, abusive behaviour occurs, or safety concerns arise.
Crisis & urgent situations
COS I MATTER NZ does not provide emergency, crisis, safeguarding, or urgent intervention services. If there is immediate risk to safety, wellbeing, abuse, neglect, or medical deterioration, contact appropriate emergency, medical, safeguarding, or statutory services.
Intellectual property
Resources, templates, PDFs, and workshop materials remain the property of COS I MATTER NZ and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of outcomes
COS I MATTER NZ does not guarantee complaint outcomes, care decisions, legal results, or agency responses. We support preparation and understanding.
